Position: Cook job
About: The Dish is a counter-service restaurant that serves gourmet breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals in about five minutes. Employees report to the Kitchen Leader and Division Leader, responsible for ensuring proper food preparation, sanitation, and timely delivery to customers.
Requirements: Minimum qualifications: Must be self-motivated, organized, and maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior. Proven cooking experience required, including as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook. Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment. Ability to walk, stoop, bend, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and multitask efficiently. Additional requirement: familiarity with industry best practices.
