Position: Cook job
About: A kitchen cook position in the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Executive/Sous Chef. This role involves preparing food items for the facility, fulfilling service per Banquet Event Orders (BEO), maintaining kitchen equipment cleanliness, and designing buffet food presentations.
Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events; ability to work well with other staff members; capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively; creativity in buffet food presentations and maintaining quality products; attention to detail; ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 30 lbs; flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and normal business hours.
