About: Red Lobster, located at 2141 S. Glenstone Ave, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook / Prep Cook to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and stocking prep and line stations, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring ingredient quality, and following recipes diligently to ensure exceptional food quality and service standards at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary school education a plus; previous experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting with attention to detail and quality
