Requirements: Minimum of two years experience in a full-service restaurant preferred; ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions; knowledge and ability to use all kitchen tools and equipment; ability to identify various kitchen products and execute recipes; must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; specific vision abilities required including close, distance, and color vision; ability to stand, use hands, reach, taste, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk while performing job duties; frequently exposed to the risk of electrical shock; moderate noise level in the work environment
