Requirements: Minimum of two years experience in a full-service restaurant preferred; ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence, effectively present information, and perform basic mathematical calculations; knowledge and ability to use all kitchen tools and equipment, identify kitchen products, and execute recipes; must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; specific vision abilities and physical requirements apply; exposure to moderate noise level and risk of electrical shock
