Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; minimum of two years experience in a full-service restaurant preferred; ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions; apprentice for Certification preferred; knowledge and ability to use kitchen tools and equipment, identify products, and execute recipes; able to lift and move up to 50 pounds; vision abilities required; exposed to moderate noise levels in the work environment
