About: Cook II position available at a high-volume kitchen, responsible for preparing food items according to menu, recipes, and guest requests while maintaining quality and adherence to prep times. The role entails ensuring inventory levels, safety procedures, and collaborating with the kitchen team for efficient operations.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement is 18; 1 year experience in a high-volume kitchen; Able to obtain and maintain a Food handler’s card (HLTH card) and any other certification or license; Possess basic mathematical skills; Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
