Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; culinary experience required; flexible schedule with ability to work long hours occasionally; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift; warm and friendly demeanor; effective communication skills; multitasking ability; attendance to required meetings and trainings; high standards of personal appearance and grooming; compliance with hotel standards and regulations; problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; initiative and proactive approach to guest and operational needs; willingness to cross-train in other hotel areas
