Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; three to five years of experience in high-volume food preparation in hotel, restaurant, cafeteria, catering firm, or government/private institution; ability to read production tickets; proficiency in food service safety practices, temperature control, and knife skills; competent in utilizing various cooking equipment and methods; strong customer service and communication skills; attention to detail and ability to assist in a fast-paced kitchen environment
