Position: Cook II
About: Presbyterian Healthcare Services is currently seeking a Cook II for Rust Hospital. The role involves preparing hot food items for various department areas, cold prep, grab and go, bulk production, and short-order grill, ensuring menu cycle requirements are met.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; three to five years of experience in high-volume food preparation in various settings such as hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, catering firms, or institutions; five to ten years preferred or internal candidate showing competency in kitchen stations; must demonstrate knowledge of food safety practices and procedures, temperature control, and proficiency in cooking methods and equipment usage.
