Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, comprehend, and present information effectively; perform basic math functions; follow instructions and solve problems in standardized situations; preferred apprentice for Certification; knowledge of kitchen tools and equipment; physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds; vision abilities for close, distance, and color vision; frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock and moderate noise levels in the work environment.
