Position: Cook, Food and Beverage
About: SeaWorld is seeking a meticulous and skilled Cook to join their team in preparing high-quality food that meets the company’s standards. The role involves overseeing final food quality, utilizing advanced kitchen equipment, interacting with guests, and ensuring a clean work environment in a dynamic dining setting.
Requirements: Ability to work with all food types, including allergens; at least one year of cooking experience or a combination of cooking experience and culinary school; basic knife skills; ability to pass SafeStaff training and RCS Responsible Vendor Training (alcohol); ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prepare special dietary meals; effective communication skills with team members and guests; valid state driver’s license preferred; in-depth food safety and allergen knowledge a plus
