Position: Cook/Chef- The Residence at Freeman Lake
About: LCB Senior Living is hiring a Cook/Chef at The Residence at Freeman Lake in North Chelmsford, MA. The company is dedicated to providing a high level of customer service and promoting a restaurant-style dining atmosphere for residents. The Cook/Chef will work closely with the Culinary Services Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs in a clean and safe kitchen environment. This role involves preparing and cooking meals, monitoring food storage and quality, and assisting with special events and theme meals for residents.
Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is preferred; minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a cook in a hospitality or healthcare environment; Serve Safe Certification required; ability to handle multiple tasks, operate kitchen equipment, and follow recipes and cleaning schedules; physical requirements include lifting a minimum of 15 lbs, continuous standing, walking, and ability to bend, reach, and kneel as needed.
