About: Women’s League Child Development Center, located in Hartford, is seeking Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join their team. The NAEYC-accredited center has been providing high-quality early childhood education for over 100 years with a focus on nurturing and impactful learning environments for children and families in Hartford’s Clay Arsenal neighborhood.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, 2+ years classroom teaching experience; familiarity with CTELDS and DOTS; Salary commensurate with educational level and classroom experience in leading a teaching team. Associate Degree in ECE OR 30 ECE credits+ 2 years teaching experience; familiarity with CTELDS and DOTS is a plus. 18 years old; High school diploma/GED or some ECE credits; experience working with children; kind, reliable, and punctual; willing to work in a team.
