Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred or three years institutional cooking experience; 2 years of food preparation experience, high volume food preparation preferred; Food Handlers Certification; experience with operating kitchen equipment such as oven, steam cookers, meat slicer, deep fat fryer, and grill; strong communication skills in writing and composing correspondence and reports; proficiency in math; ability to work weekends, holidays, flexible hours, and overtime.
