Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-6 months experience in a culinary field/high volume restaurant, or up to 1 year; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment; desire to work in a guest service and team environment; passion and enthusiasm for working in the kitchen; strong listening skills and ability to follow directions; flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
