Position: Cook – $20.00/hr
About: A company in the travel and culinary industry is looking for motivated individuals to enhance everyone’s journeys. The role of Head Cook involves preparing and cooking various food items according to recipes, monitoring cooks production, and acting as a lead in a high-volume institutional catering environment.
Requirements: Culinary degree and/or cook certification preferred; at least 2 years of experience cooking in a high volume institutional catering environment preferred; experience with maintaining temperature logs and recipe conversion; ability to handle various food products and kitchen tools; willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays; adherence to company policies and completion of administrative duties.
