Position: Cook 2 Sushi Experience – Full Time, $34.02/hour
About: Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa, is currently seeking experienced Dinner Cooks to join their culinary team. This role involves the execution of all menu categories and specific recipes for bakery menu items while ensuring quality, timing, temperature, portion, and presentation standards are met. The Cook 2 will oversee daily operations at all restaurant locations, contribute to overall culinary supervision, and collaborate with the Front of House team for seamless service. Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in culinary field/high volume restaurant; Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; Proven ability to read and understand recipes; Strong organizational skills; Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment; Demonstrates excellent guest service skills and can provide appropriate service recovery; Proven knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology; Strong listening skills and ability to exercise good judgment in food preparation; Food Safety Certification or equivalent; Ability to work with technology; Must be flexible and available to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
