Requirements: High school diploma and/or experience in a resort hotel or related field preferred; Culinary certification or degree preferred and/or a minimum of 2 years of culinary experience; Professional demeanor appropriate for a resort environment; Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic setting; Food Safety certification required; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to understand and address concerns raised by associates and guests
