Position: Cook 2- Garde Manger

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; culinary experience required with a minimum of 1-2 years in prep or salad cooking in a comparable environment; flexibility for long hours when required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently; standing for the entire shift; withstand temperature variations; thorough knowledge of menus and cooking techniques; proficiency in various cooking methods; knowledge of herbs and spices; willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; perform other job duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
