About: Memphis Grizzlies, a restaurant located at HMSHost in Memphis International Airport, is seeking a skilled Cook to join their team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing cooked foods, operating kitchen equipment, and ensuring food safety practices are followed to deliver high-quality service to customers and associates at all times.
Requirements: Requires a minimum of 1 year of closely related cooking experience; knowledge of HACCP standards; proficiency in food preparation techniques such as Soups, Sauté, Broiler, Fry, and Pantry; ability to lift up to 40 pounds; familiarity with sanitation practices; strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
