About: VSP Vision is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead and manage internal and external communications strategies and tactics for various projects, programs, products, and services across different channels. This role involves overseeing technical writing, public relations, and communications functions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience; 2+ years of experience in related communications work for various mediums; Portfolio of work and completed projects; Demonstrated ability to use creative ideas for community involvement proposals; Demonstrated project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong organizational and planning skills; Proficiency in word processing, flowcharts, and spreadsheet applications; Ability to coordinate internal and external resources effectively; Ability to work with individuals at all levels of an organization; Proficient in word processing and desktop publishing applications
