Position: Contact Center Operations Manager

About: A Quality Program Coordinator position is available in Lawrenceville, NJ (08648) for a 12-month duration, with a hybrid role requiring 50% onsite presence. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, Life Sciences degree preferred; 3+ years of Contact Center quality assurance and/or training experience; experience with multi-channel contact centers (Phone, Live Chat, Email, Chatbot, Social, CSAT, and SMS); proactive self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with PowerBI and Tableau preferred; effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills; fluent in English; must exhibit Client Values (Integrity, Innovation, Urgency, Passion, Accountability, and Inclusion).
