Position: Construction Project Manager
About: Crestline Building Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multifamily, hotel, and light commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of project management effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively with owners, design professionals, building inspection officials, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Requirements: Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry; strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and methods; excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on collaboration; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail; a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
