Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field; Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction project management; Strong understanding of construction project management principles, practices, and techniques; Experience with budgeting, cost estimating, and scheduling; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Strong leadership and team management skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Experience managing subcontractor relationships; Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards
