Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is looking for a construction Project Director to estimate and close sales with a starting salary of $75,000 to $110,000 and uncapped commission potential. The Project Director will manage restoration projects for various property types affected by disasters and oversee budgets and project completion.
Requirements: 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record; extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; ability to attend business development networking functions regularly; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
