Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Director to join their team. As a crucial member of the organization, Project Directors play a vital role in estimating and closing sales for restoration projects. This position offers a competitive starting salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commission potential.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to the role preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with proven sales growth track record; Extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; Must be able to attend business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; Experience utilizing Xactimate and other estimating software preferred; Strong written and verbal communication skills required; Strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration required; Strong business ethics, integrity, and ability to perform in highly autonomous environments required; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
