Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a Construction Project Director responsible for managing restoration projects, estimating costs, and closing sales in collaboration with internal teams and clients in commercial, healthcare, and residential sectors. Requirements: 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry; extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; ability to attend Business Development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; experience with Xactimate and other estimating software preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of project management and financial processes; strong business ethics and integrity; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to the role preferred
