Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration, a construction and restoration company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Director to estimate and close sales. This position offers a starting salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, with uncapped commission potential. It is a hybrid role based in the Little Rock office but allows for residence in the Northwest or Central Arkansas area. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with proven sales growth; extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; ability to attend business development networking functions; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; experience with Xactimate and other estimating software preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration; strong business ethics and integrity; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
