Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated construction Project Director to estimate and close sales, with a starting salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience and uncapped commission potential. The company focuses on restoration projects in commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and residential properties damaged by disasters, maintaining a culture of Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity, and Innovation.
Requirements: 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with proven sales growth; Extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; Able to attend business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; Experience with Xactimate and other estimating software preferred; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
