Requirements: Associate’s degree in culinary arts; ability to travel up to 75% of the time; at least three years of experience in progressive culinary leadership roles; knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards; familiarity with all Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
