Position: Conference Services Coordinator
About: Warner Pacific University is seeking a Conference Services Coordinator to oversee university facility rentals and major campus events, acting as an ambassador for the department and the university. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a love of relationship building, and proficiency in project management and diplomacy.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a minimum of two years of relevant experience and/or training in development services functions and office management; advanced computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with Salesforce or CRM programs; excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines; strong project management skills; familiarity with fundraising principles and practices; ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
