Position: Conference Concierge

About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Conference Concierge to be the primary point of contact for conference attendees, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth execution of conference-related activities. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively to create a seamless and memorable experience for conference guests.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred); Proven experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in a conference, hotel, or event environment; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; Knowledge of conference logistics, event planning, and hospitality industry practices is a plus; Proficiency in technology and software for registration, communication, and guest management; Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure; Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends; Comfort with a fast-paced, busy, somewhat stressful environment
