Position: Concierge-Villas-Full Time (Caesars Palace LV)
About: Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Butler Concierge to handle arrival and departure transactions for VIP guests at The Villas, managing bookings and assisting with guest requests. The role involves acting as a resource for guest inquiries and providing excellent guest service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Fluency in a second language and strong problem-solving skills are desired for this position.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in hospitality or guest services preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in a second language is a plus; self-starter with problem-solving abilities; ability to anticipate guest needs and expectations; must be able to lift 25 lbs; excellent verbal communication skills
