Position: Concierge/Travel Specialist
About: This position is with AMPM, a luxury lifestyle concierge company based in New York. The successful candidate will oversee the member services team, handle bookings for restaurants, travel, nightlife, transportation, and theater reservations, and nurture vendor relationships globally.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; at least 3 years of experience in the travel/concierge industry at a luxury level; availability for travel; excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; polished appearance with positive demeanor; ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong networking skills; experience with Salesforce and Google Docs are a plus; ability to communicate in multiple languages is an additional asset
