About: GreyStar – The Leaf is seeking a Guest Service / Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Concierge at GreyStar, you will greet prospects and residents, ensure their comfort, handle phone calls, assist with service requests, and manage package deliveries.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
