Position: Concierge – The Cosmopolitan
About: The Cosmopolitan, part of the MGM Resorts International, is seeking a dedicated Concierge to create exceptional guest experiences with personalized service and attention to detail.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a luxury resort setting; 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a guest service role; participation in industry associations; bilingual; experience in AAA/Mobile/Forbes guest service standards in a hotel/resort setting
