Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience working in a similar luxury resort setting; 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a Guest Service focused role; Participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d’Or USA; Bilingual; AAA / Mobile / Forbes guest service standards experience in a hotel/resort setting
