Position: Concierge Specialist – Trent Center West
About: CCI, a nationwide full-service real estate platform focused on acquisition, asset management, property management, and development, is looking for a Concierge Specialist to join their team. The company’s portfolio includes around 8,000 apartments and townhomes with a focus on affordable housing for seniors and persons with disabilities. CCI also manages a variety of real estate assets including traditional multifamily rentals, offices, and light industrial properties. They prioritize hands-on experience and self-directed development for their 400 employees spread across 30 states in the U.S.
Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in property management, customer service, security, or related field preferred; Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure; Availability: Must be available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
