Position: Concierge (Seasonal)
About: Wild Horse Pass, located at the I-10 freeway on Wild Horse Pass Blvd in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Concierge for their Four Diamond Awarded establishment. With over 405 guest rooms and suites, resort amenities, dining options, and entertainment facilities, Wild Horse Pass offers a dynamic and vibrant environment for both guests and employees.
Requirements: Concierge experience or guest-facing and interaction experience required, preferably in a resort type setting; Must possess a valid AZ driver’s license and clean driving record for the past five (5) years; Ability to perform the GILA WAY which is as follows: Greet our guest, Interact with our guest, Listen actively to our guest, Appreciate our guest; Must possess strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, telephone etiquette, and be a self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as well as to gain the cooperation of patrons, employees, and fellow staff members; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Must have basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite software; Must pass a full background check to be certified/licensed prior to employment. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
