Position: Concierge (Seasonal)
About: Assist hotel guests with personal services, including arranging transportation, dining, and entertainment recommendations, monitoring guest requests, and providing exceptional guest service experiences in a hotel setting.
Requirements: Concierge experience or guest-facing interaction experience required, preferably in a resort type setting; valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past five (5) years; ability to perform the GILA WAY – Greet guests, Interact with guests, Listen actively to guests, Appreciate guests; strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, telephone etiquette, self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision; establish and maintain effective working relationships, strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite software; pass a full background check for certification/licensing prior to employment, ability to work in a smoking environment
