Requirements: Stellar 3+ years of experience in a customer service role; high school diploma or equivalent education; working knowledge of mail processes such as a postage machine, FedEx, and UPS; strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs; exceptional planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to lift 15-20 pounds
