Position: Concierge / Resident Services Coordinator
About: Sares Regis Group of Newport Beach, California, a real estate development, investment, and management firm focusing on commercial properties and multifamily communities in the western U.S., is seeking a Concierge/Resident Services Coordinator for the San Francisco/Silicon Valley area.
Requirements: Must have excellent customer service experience with ability to pass fair housing exam; Must have relevant experience; Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal; Experience with file audits, customer service, and resident engagement a must; Ability to work independently without direct supervision; Must have knowledge of operations software used at the property level: Outlook, Internet software, EXCEL, and WORD; Current driver’s license and auto insurance; Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires
