Position: Concierge / Resident Services Coordinator

The company is currently seeking a Concierge/Resident Services Coordinator for their community in Las Vegas, NV.
Requirements: Must have excellent customer service experience with the ability to pass fair housing exam; relevant experience; effective written and verbal communication skills; experience with file audits, customer service, and resident engagement; ability to work independently without direct supervision; knowledge of operations software; current driver’s license and auto insurance; available to work weekends and overtime.
