Position: Concierge PRN
About: Avanti, a community in search of a Director of First Impressions, plays a crucial role as the primary point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step in. The position involves front desk and administrative tasks, requiring a helpful and cheerful demeanor to assist all community members effectively.
Requirements: Must present as professional and polished with proper grammar skills and pleasant voice tone; excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and oral/written skills; ability to work in a team environment; must be attentive to details, able to multi-task, and work with multiple interruptions; must be at least 18 years of age; must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word (preferred); basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (preferred); ability to work flexible schedules in a 24-hour operation including weekends
