Position: CONCIERGE – PRESTIGE
About: The Venetian Resort is seeking a dedicated Concierge – Prestige to provide exceptional service to guests and ensure their satisfaction. The role involves creating personalized itineraries and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times within the resort environment.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High School diploma or equivalent; Must be able to obtain and maintain relevant certifications; 1 – 3 years of previous Concierge experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Multi-lingual skills desirable; Type at least 45 wpm with a professional appearance; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to work in a luxury resort setting; Strong interpersonal skills; Flexible availability for shifts, including nights and weekends.
