Position: Concierge – Platform
About: GreyStar is a platform in Virginia seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Concierge at GreyStar, you will greet prospects and residents, ensure their comfort, answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate team member, assist with service request call backs, and manage package deliveries.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in guest service or front desk roles preferred; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
