Position: Concierge Part Time
About: The Concierge position at 615 River Walk Parkway in Chesapeake, VA is a critical front-of-house role responsible for providing courteous and professional assistance to guests, visitors, and vendors. The primary objective is to support the Community Leadership Team in ensuring smooth administrative operations in the designated setting.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent required; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; prior experience in working with the public; basic computer skills preferred; comfortable with a multi-line telephone system; good physical and mental health; interest in the geriatric population; ability to work independently and follow instructions; effective communication skills; willing to perform a variety of tasks including non-professional duties; level-headed in emergencies; cooperative and enthusiastic; attendance at mandatory meetings and training sessions; ability to maintain confidentiality.
