Position: Concierge-Part Time
About: We are seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, family members, and visitors in our assisted living facility. Now Hiring for Part Time and Per Diem positions! Flexible schedules to fit your life! As a Concierge, you will be the initial contact and first impression that many people have of Willow Towers. You will greet visitors, handle phone calls and ensure a smooth experience for residents, visitors and staff alike. We want to speak with outgoing, customer-service oriented folks who can provide patient, courteous and tactful interactions with residents, staff, family members, and visitors. Requirements: Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19; Will be friendly and sociable and be able to provide a pleasant experience to residents, visitors, and staff with good interpersonal skills – both verbal and in writing; Prior experience working as a receptionist, front desk, or other customer service-based role a plus; Prior experience in a healthcare environment preferred but not required!; Team member – with a collaborative, team-based work environment, we are looking for individuals who embrace a high level of care, compassion, and teamwork.
