Position: Concierge – On Call – Mandalay Bay
About: MGM Resorts International is a premier entertainment company known for creating unique and show-stopping experiences for guests. They are currently seeking an On Call Concierge for Mandalay Bay to be part of their dynamic team.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; has a High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience; has a flexible schedule and can work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays; has prior experience working as a concierge, VIP Representative, or Front Desk Agent in a resort environment; has a passion for service, is resourceful in finding solutions, and can efficiently multi-task; has exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; bilingual; has previous experience using Microsoft Office, Opera, HotSOS, and ALICE
